IISM Autofill — referred to as "we," "our," or "us" — is a browser extension that fills in the admission form you are already filling in yourself. The details you save for that form stay on your own computer. The only information that reaches our servers is what we need to sign you in and to remember that you have paid.

What stays on your device

Everything you enter into your autofill profile is stored on your own computer and is never uploaded to us or to anyone else. That includes:

• Your name, father's name, nationality, date of birth and domicile
• Your address, district or city, PIN code, mobile number and email
• Your educational qualification and dietary preference
• Your blood group, medical category, height, weight, waist measurement and shoe size
• Your emergency contact name and phone number
• The documents you upload: photograph, signature, date of birth proof, domicile proof, education proof, ski certificate and parent signature

Text entries are kept in your browser's extension storage and uploaded documents are kept in a local database inside your browser. None of it is sent to a server, backed up, or synced between devices. If you clear your saved profile or remove the extension, that information is gone from your computer and we have no copy of it.

What we receive

There are three narrow cases where information does reach a server.

• When you sign in with Google. We receive your account identifier, email address, display name, profile photo link, and whether your email address has been verified. We store this so we can recognise you when you sign in again.
• When you pay. We store a record of your purchase and order: whether you have paid, the amount, the currency, the status, and the reference numbers for the payment. The payment itself is processed by Razorpay. We pass your name and email address to Razorpay so it can create the payment link. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI details.
• When something breaks. If the extension runs into an error, technical details about that error are sent to our error tracking provider, whose servers are located in Germany. Passwords, sign-in tokens and similar sensitive values are removed before the report is sent.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not show advertising and we do not build advertising profiles.
• We do not track you across websites or record your browsing history.
• We do not read or collect the contents of pages you visit. The extension only fills in fields on the admission form.
• We never submit the form for you. The extension fills the fields, and you review everything and submit it yourself.

Who else is involved

• Google. Handles sign-in and stores your account and purchase records.
• Razorpay. Processes your payment and handles all card and banking information.
• Our error tracking provider. Receives technical reports when the extension fails, on servers located in Germany.

These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes, except that Razorpay handles payment information under its own terms as the payment processor.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists, and we remove it when you ask us to. We keep order and payment records for longer, because they are financial records that we are required to retain for accounting purposes. Error reports are deleted automatically after a limited period.

Your choices

• You can sign out at any time.
• You can clear your saved profile and uploaded documents from the extension at any time. Uninstalling the extension removes them entirely.
• You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the account information we hold. Email iismautofill@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
• You can nominate someone else to manage your account and exercise these choices on your behalf if you are no longer able to do so. Let us know by email.

If you are under 18

The admission process allows for a parent or guardian signature, so some applicants are likely to be under 18. If you are under 18, please use this extension only with the permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly keep account information for someone under 18 without that permission. If you believe we hold such information, write to us and we will delete it.

Keeping your information safe

Sign-in is handled by Google, so we never see or store your password. Information sent between the extension and our servers is encrypted in transit, and your account and purchase records can only be read by the account they belong to. If information is ever exposed in a way it should not have been, we will tell affected users and the relevant authorities promptly.

Information from your Google account

Information we receive from your Google account is used only to sign you in and to record your purchase. It is not transferred to anyone else except as described above, it is not used for advertising, and it is not used to build any profile of you. We do not allow anyone to read it on our behalf beyond what is needed to run the service.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will also notify you inside the extension.
